• been reviewed and is NOT material that should be transfered to Special Collections

2. No resonable physical replacement available
3. Permission to scan is granted

2. No digital replacement available

2. No reasonable replacement available
3. No permission granted
4. Money is available (meaning there is an FTE Brittle Book coordinator [BBC] in Preservation and printing/binding costs are covered)

2. No reasonable replacement available
3. No permission granted
4. Money is not available (meaning there is only limited OPS in Preservation and printing/binding costs are not covered)
